Newtesol will adopt at all times the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of this data, avoiding its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

RECIPIENTS YOUR DATA

Your data will only be transferred for the aforementioned purposes and therefore the recipients of the data may be the following.
To all those public bodies (Social Security, Tax Agency…) that require them, as well as those companies with which we have signed contracts for the processing of the same or with which we maintain contractual relations.
In the event of having to settle disputes, we reserve the right to transfer data to Courts and Tribunals, also in the event of being required by them to provide them with the necessary information on an employee, as well as to the State Security Forces and Corps that require it.
